BUFFALO CHIP RECIPES

Woody's Old Fashioned
- 2 oz Woody's Reserve
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Add ice
- Finish with Luxardo cherry and orange peel for rimming and garnish
- 1/4 oz simple syrup

- Stir and strain into rocks glass
- Add ice

Marilyn Monroe
- 2oz Buffalo Chip American Whiskey
- 2 Bar Spoons Luxardo syrup
- 2 droppers Woodford spiced black cherry bitters
- 1/2 oz Demerara Syrup
- Cherry wood chips, Smoked
- Garnish: Luxardo Cherry
- Combine whiskey, Luxardo syrup, black cherry bitters & Demerara syrup in a cup and stir
- Strain mixture over ice
- Using cocktail smoker, smoke Cherry wood chips over cocktail for 2 minutes
-Remove smoker and garnish with Luxardo Cherry
- 2 Bar Spoons Luxardo syrup
- 2 droppers Woodford spiced black cherry bitters
- 1/2 oz Demerara Syrup
- Cherry wood chips, Smoked
- Garnish: Luxardo Cherry
- Place a large ice cube in whiskey glass
- Combine whiskey, Luxardo syrup, black cherry bitters & Demerara syrup in a cup and stir
- Strain mixture over ice
- Using cocktail smoker, smoke Cherry wood chips over cocktail for 2 minutes
-Remove smoker and garnish with Luxardo Cherry
Ring of Fire
- 2 oz Hell Fire Whiskey
- 4 oz Apple Juice
- 2 oz Lemon Lime Soda
- Cinnamon Sugar to rim
- Garnish: Cinnamon Stick, Apple Slices
- Pour over Ice
- Top with Lemon Lime soda
- Add Cinnamon and Apple Slices for garnish
- 4 oz Apple Juice
- 2 oz Lemon Lime Soda
- Cinnamon Sugar to rim
- Garnish: Cinnamon Stick, Apple Slices
- Combine Whiskey and Apple Juice
- Pour over Ice
- Top with Lemon Lime soda
- Add Cinnamon and Apple Slices for garnish
John Wayne
- 2 oz Buffalo Chip American Whiskey
- .5 oz Demerara Syrup
- 2 Droppers Casia Bark Bitter
- Rosemary, toasted
- Pecan wood and apple wood chips
- Piece of Buffalo Jerky
- Cocktail smoker
- Add Buffalo Chip, Demerara Syrup, and Bark Bitters to cocktail shaker & stir. Add Large ice cube to rocks glass and pour mixture over ice. Toast Rosemary spring, then stir into cocktail. Place cocktail smoker over rocks glass and smoke Pecan and apple wood chips. remove smoker and garnish with Buffalo Jerky. Enjoy!
